This person will play a key role in executing our industrial marcom strategy.
The main goal is to create brand awareness, strengthen our brand image and support sales objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in online and offline marketing and is open to develop him/herself and stay up-to-date of (online) marketing developments.
Furthermore, there will be a focus on updating and maintaining marketing (POS) materials, supporting exhibitions, and creating content for social media and sales tools in the B2B sector.What are you going to do as a Marketing Specialist?Website Updates: Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing strategies.Catalog, Presentation, and Basic Graphic Design Updates: Regularly update catalogs, presentations, and promotional content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy, working with product and sales teams to keep materials impactful and up-to-date.
Basic Graphic Design: Use foundational design skills in Adobe tools (like Photoshop and InDesign) to edit templates and create flyers, business cards, and other materials, maintaining a cohesive brand look without needing advanced design expertise.Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness, increase followers, and support digital campaigns.
Contribute to the creation of whitepapers, case studies, and other content that positions the company as a leader in the industry.Market Research Support: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify industry trends, and support competitive analysis.Exhibition & Event Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of exhibitions and events, ensuring all marketing materials and presentations are prepared.What do you bring as a Marketing Specialist?Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with experience in B2B marketing.Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.Strong content writing and editing skills.Basic knowledge of web content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and creativity in graphic design and content creation.
