Hydraulic Technician | Barcelona Location: Barcelona Language: Spanish and English speaking sites Employment Type: Full Time Salary: €14 - €22 per hour depending on experience About the Company Established in 1989 Specializes in innovative hydraulic and mechanical engineering solutions for the marine industry Designs, manufactures, installs, tests, and maintains bespoke hydraulic systems Clientele includes superyachts, naval ships, commercial shipping, support vessels, shipyards, commercial fishing, renewable energy, oil and gas, mining, construction, and agriculture sectors Role Overview This role is hands-on and physically demanding. As a Hydraulic Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining hydraulic systems in marine vessels. Your tasks will include maintenance, assembly, repair work, and installation of hydraulic systems. Key Requirements Demonstrated expertise in Mechanical Fitting Proven track record in hydraulic and mechanical fitting, especially with pumps Physically fit for manual tasks and capable of handling equipment Familiarity with marine vessels, equipment, and safety standards Ability to diagnose and resolve hydraulic system issues efficiently Proficient in maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations Commitment to safety protocols and regulations Effective communication and collaboration skills Proactive approach to problem-solving and preventive maintenance Responsibilities Servicing onboard hydraulic systems according to manufacturer guidelines Troubleshooting and repairing faulty hydraulic systems Specifying and installing upgraded systems during refit processes Creating service and condition reports Attending operational yachts for immediate repairs Why Join?
