We shape the digital landscape for our customers, readers, and users. About the Role: The Operations Analyst will assist in multiple aspects of operations effectiveness, focusing on budgeting capital and operating expenses for the Technology Team. You will report to the VP of Financial Operations within the Technology team. You Will: Understand the difference between capital and operational expenditures, and work closely with stakeholders to track spending, forecast expenses, and assist with budget activities. Prepare analysis and reports to support senior management's tactical and strategic decisions, while identifying financial risks and opportunities. Manage purchase requisitions, statements of work, contract renewals, internal labor costs, and coordinate funding request submissions to ensure successful execution of capital projects.
