The Tribe Voice & Messaging is responsible for designing, developing, planning, validating, and operating all voice and messaging platforms in DT Technik's fixed and mobile network throughout their lifecycle.

As an Agile Expert, you will advise and coach agile teams and managers in adopting and applying agile methods, values, and principles, and enable teams to develop agile skills continuously.
QualificationsExpert-level proficiency in Atlassian JiraProficient in Microsoft 365 suiteGood command of English, both written and verbalProven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Certifications are a plusExperience coaching teams and individuals in Agile practices and principlesStrong knowledge of Lean and Agile frameworksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to facilitate workshops and training sessionsExperience working with distributed teamsFamiliarity with DevOps practices and toolsProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAdaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationWhat do we offer you?
