Job Description MPS is looking for a Principal Analog Design Engineer to join the Automotive BMS Product Line.
As a part of the team, you will be focused on analog design with the ability to collaborate on the product's definition, testability, and end applications robustness.

Responsibilities Design low power precision analog and mixed signal circuits including but not limited to: LDO's, Charge Pumps, Bandgaps, Amplifiers, and/or DAC's, ADC's.
Influence architectural decisions to ensure system/sub-system technical performance requirements are achieved.
Develop macro models and participate in top level simulation.
Actively participate in the entire product development cycle.
Determine design-for-test strategies to evaluate system/sub-system/block performance.
Provide guidance to layout engineers on critical analog implementation aspects, monitor progress of layouts, and close the loop with post layout extraction and simulation.
Work with a team of engineers to evaluate intended product behavior pre tape-out and post tape-out.
Participate in hiring and mentoring of junior engineers.
Preferred Qualification Requires Master's Degree or Equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
10+ years' experience within analog design.
Highly motivated individual.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of transistor level design.
Experience within BCD process.
Experience with mixed signal design.
