Sales Representative (English and Spanish Speaking)Location: SpainConstructor TECH is an all-in-one platform for education and research.

Our headquarters is in Switzerland, with entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore.We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative focused on the Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio to join our international team and help grow revenue in the Americas region (North & Latin America).
The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.Requirements:Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)Flexible working hours aligned with US business hoursJob Overview:As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with qualified leads generated by the Business Development team, engaging them to schedule technical demos, nurture relationships, and close smaller deals in the Americas region.
For larger opportunities, you will collaborate with the Account Executive team.
This role offers a great opportunity to develop your sales skills within a promising SaaS startup.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through follow-up, calls, and emails.Organize and conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs.Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and create deals in the CRM for small and medium-sized opportunities.Manage and grow the sales portfolio.Build and maintain relationships with clients.Own the sales cycle for smaller deals, ensuring timely closures.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.Achieve quarterly sales targets and activity metrics.Share feedback to optimize sales processes and client engagement strategies.Qualifications:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency required.Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.Ability to understand and explain technical products.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Self-motivated and eager to learn.What We Offer:Constructor promotes diversity and inclusion, welcoming applications from candidates of all backgrounds and identities.
