COMPANY BACKGROUND Established in 1999, CMCS started as a small trade Contractor, engaged in small and limited budget projects, under government agencies and some private companies that did not require a high category of PCAB license.
From simple projects like fabrication of steel grilles, gates and trusses, sidewalks, street lights and posts, clearing and grass cutting works, the company has earned its reputation for high quality of work and credible business relationship with its customers.
Soon enough, CMCS earned the trust and confidence of more and more customers for bigger projects like construction of health centers, residential buildings and later to construction and maintenance of industrial plants for big companies.

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for safekeeping soft and hard copy of the documents/files of the project Responsible for monitoring and printing of forms/checklists/permits Responsible for organizing and documenting all the required documents of the project Responsible for timekeeping/DTR of the manpower, ID and Uniform issuance Handles other clerical and additional responsibilities Performs other duties as may be required to support the department Qualifications: Must be a College Graduate With at least 1 year of experience as a Document Controller in a construction setting Knowledgeable using MS Office and with records management skills Proficient in editing and typing skills Attention to detail and highly organized WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED ON-SITE (BALER) *This is an on-site position, interested applicants must be willing to be assigned on-site preferably in Aurora (BALER) Job Type: Full-time Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Experience: Document Controller: 1 year (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
