What you will doGestión de los pedidos de venta de los clientes realizados a Stryker a través de todos los canales posibles (incluyendo EDI, teléfono, correo, fax, etc.
).Actividades de interfaz relacionadas con las transacciones basadas en EDI (por ejemplo, pedido, factura, ASN) como el mantenimiento continuo y resolución de problemas.Gestión de varios tipos de pedidos de ventas, incluidos los pedidos de existencias en consignación, los pedidos de productos hechos a medida, los pedidos estándar, los pedidos pendientes, los pedidos de compra diferidos (cuando corresponda) y los flujos de pedidos de consumo y reposición.Garantizar la entrada correcta de los pedidos, la facturación, la reposición, la exactitud del inventario de consignación, etc., prestando atención a la fecha de solicitud del cliente y gestionando el proceso de entrada de pedidos con precisión.Aclaración y seguimiento de cualquier desviación durante o después de la finalización del proceso OTC, con especial atención a las notas de crédito o refacturaciones generadas por errores en la entrada de pedidos.Gestión, transmisión o carga de los requisitos de facturación electrónica y la aportación de documentación si es necesaria o la solicita el cliente.Realización de investigaciones del inventario de consignación para garantizar que los errores, las inexactitudes y las discrepancias se destaquen, se aborden y se resuelvan de manera oportuna.Proporcionar el mejor servicio de atención al cliente gestionando grandes cantidades de pedidos y llamadas o contactos (por ejemplo, correos electrónicos).Identificar y evaluar las necesidades de los clientes para lograr su satisfacción y fidelidad.Who you areFormación professional o título/Certificado de grado.Es deseable una formación en comercio como comercial de industrial u oficina o cualquier otro equivalente.Es esencial nível de comunicación avanzado o fluido en inglés (verbal y escrito).Entre 3 a 5 años de experiência en este campo o en un área relacionada.Experiência en la gestion de pedidos y habilidades de centro de contacto.Excelente conocimiento de los flujos de los procesos de atención al cliente.About Stryker
