We sell our products and solutions in around 150 countries under many strong brands, including the global market leaders TENA and Tork, as well as well-known brands such as Jobst, Leukoplast, Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo, Vinda and Zewa.For our Global Warehouse and Distribution Medical, we are looking for a Logistics Analyst (d/f/m) to support our team as soon as possible for a Fixed Term Position based in Madrid or another Essity location.Your RoleReview and improve (IT) processes and system interfaces as well as support in SAP topicsControl IDCs and external providers performance (warehousing, transport, End-to-end review, OTIF) via KPIs and reportingAnalyze trends, service and warehouse related KPIs as well as customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are identified and implementedDrive continuous improvement of processes with 3PLs and internal stakeholdersSupport in logistics projects and implementation of new processes, new customer requirements or new marketsCoordinate inbound and outbound flows within Europe in close collaboration with markets, customer service and 3PLYou Identify Yourself WithEven if not all of the following points apply to you, we would be happy to get to know you and talk about the possibility of working with you3-5 years of relevant work experienceGood knowledge of logistics, warehousing or transportation topicsAffinity for IT, software and process design/implementation as well as good knowledge of SAP modules SD & MM and Microsoft ExcelExperience in cross-system interfacing SAP 3PL and IDocs data exchangeAnalytical skills for data analysis and personal initiative to learn and grow - beside strategic thinking and understanding of business contexts / business processesProactively addressing problems and tackling them together with a diverse and international set of stakeholdersFluent, clear and proactive communication in English, any other language is a plusOur benefits for youThe benefits listed refer to the primary location Madrid.
