Our opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our mission to empower people to lead healthier and happier lives. Your key focus will be to drive deeper user engagement and retention on our mobile apps and web user experience powered by AI, personalization, and gamification. You will steer the development and strategy of your product area, reporting directly to the Head of Product. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape a product that truly makes a difference in people's lives, blending technology with a human touch to create personalized health experiences.
Your role As a Senior Product Manager your main responsibilities will involve: Drive the evolution of our product: your vision will guide the development of features that resonate with our users on a personal level, making health and wellness both accessible and engaging. Leverage market research and user feedback to uncover deep insights into our users' needs and behaviors. Use these insights to develop intuitive and personalized app experiences that delight our users. Leverage data analytics to monitor app performance, user engagement, and satisfaction. Your decisions will be fueled by data, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in our product offerings. Lead a talented cross-functional team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. Your ability to inspire and collaborate will bring together engineering, design, marketing, and data science and analysts to create breakthrough solutions. Orchestrate compelling go-to-market strategies that amplify our impact, driving adoption and loyalty. Your strategic acumen will ensure our launches captivate and engage our target audience, solidifying our position health and wellbeing proposition. Your Skills and Experience As a Senior Product Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, technology, engineering or related fields, with a passion for health and wellbeing. 7+ years in product management with significant experience in mobile apps, web and/or SaaS products. A proven track record of success in utilizing UX design principles, AI, personalization, and gamification to make significant improvements on user experiences. Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating best in class health and wellbeing user experiences. Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. Creative, innovative thinker with a test-and-learn mentality and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex product strategies to diverse audiences. Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and stakeholders towards a shared vision. Prior experience in health & wellbeing apps and platforms is a big plus. You will be based in Barcelona and join at least 20% our team in the office Wide range of internal and external trainings Free English, German and Spanish classes depending on the needs.
