Position: Fluidinstallation designerLocation: Santiagode Compostela, SpainPTC Group isrecruiting for a client company in the sustainable fish farming sector, focusedon opportunities in logistics, distribution and aquaculture.MissionGuaranteeing with anintegral and multidisciplinary approach the civil design necessary for thecorrect development of the projects ensuring the new facilities comply with thecompany strategy related to the expansion and innovation (Execute the companysgrowth plan and Test innovative ways of farming) in the area of responsibilityfor each department.Main objectivesEnsure the design oftechnical installations complies with the goals (Schedule, Cost, Scope, andQuality) and specifications defined for each project.To guaranteecompliance with the regulations in the installation projects carried out.Identify needs ofimprovement and propose innovative ways to resolve it.Work in acollaboratively with all areas involved in the expansion and innovationprojects.Define all tests ortrials related with installations to validate innovative ideas in coordinationwith Functional Design Supervisors.Respect the workinstructions that apply to your position according to the Quality andEnvironment SystemTasksDesign of technicalinstallations (water treatment, climate control, heating, cooling, pumpingand piping), while complying with the goals (Schedule, Cost, Scope, andQuality) and specifications defined for each project - 40% of the time.Sourcing and negotiation withexternal suppliers, selection and purchase of equipment, withadministrative support from other members of the team - 15% of the time.Identify needs of improvementand propose innovative ways to resolve it - 20% of the time.Coordinate the monitoring onsite for all the test or trials related with installations - 5% of thetime.Coordinate follow up andconclusion reports for the trials and tests - 15% of the time.Assure correct communicationwith all members of the team and parties involved - 5% of the time.Job profileTraining andEducationUniversity degree inindustrial engineering, specializing in mechanics or chemical engineering,specializing in water treatment process.Experience3-5 years ofexperience in installations design1-2 years of ProjectmanagementAt least 2 years inin-field experience and start-up of installationsSpecific abilitiesand skillsProficient Englishand Spanish speaker (professional conversation)Able to work undermultidisciplinary teamsProject managementskillsAnalytic andcritical mindsetAutoCAD proficientuserExcel proficientuserPresto userDesign tools user,with BIM MEP methodology (Autodesk Revit MEP, Cypecad MEP).#J-18808-Ljbffr
