You'll assist travelers in making their dreams a reality while living in one of Spain's most dynamic cities.
Your tasks include: Connecting customers with their accommodation providers, ensuring all their needs are met.
Handling bookings, modifications, and cancellations with ease and efficiency.
Delivering high-quality customer service through phone and email correspondence.
Quickly addressing customer concerns and offering effective solutions.
