We represent diverse experiences and backgrounds which strengthens our team and mirrors the healthcare communities we engage.Main Responsibilities:The RSV Medical advisor will participate to and execute the Medical and scientific (non-promotional) strategy for the Iberia/RSV portfolio/therapeutic area in close partnership with the other functional franchise leads and in alignment with the overall franchise strategy. The main responsibilities include:Utilise strong business acumen, acting as a key strategic business partner to the organizationInitiate and drive projects to raise standards of care and change clinical practiceAbility to work independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to ambiguityLead and drive rapid integrated evidence planning and execution through deep understanding of internal and external stakeholder evidence needs and robust data gaps analysisDeep therapy area expertise and product knowledge including competitor dataDrive strong collaborative relationships with commercial and cross-functional teams, including marketing, value & access, health economics, regulatory and clinicalDrive collaborative relationships with above-country colleagues to ensure the MCO / country involvement and strategic input into global and regional plansCreate industry leading digital educational and scientific content that is timely, relevant, interactive and innovativeDemonstrate strong leadership influencing across networks and by coaching and mentoring members of the teamAbout youEducation: Doctorate level education: MD or equivalent Medical degree preferred, PhD or PharmDExperience: Industry experience (including medical affairs field or office) and/or clinical experience mandatory, ideally with relevant [GBU / TA] experienceGood understanding of the continuum of data generation including clinical development, Real World Evidence (RWE) and data gaps analysis. Ability to act independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to the grey areas. Excellent communication skills including driving challenging discussions. Develop a good understanding of HCP communication preferences to adapt communication style and optimise use of relevant channels to suit. Implement true scientific engagement journeys by bridging channel disconnect to drive ongoing engagement and grow collaborative opportunities and meaningful scientific exchange. Be confident in the use of Omnichannel tools and ability to adapt to new channels
