Job Reference: #LI-JC1 Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Leader to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of SEO efforts, optimizing our client's online presence to enhance organic search visibility, increase traffic, and support business growth within the localization sector. As the leader of the SEO team, you will oversee a team of 7 direct reports, taking full responsibility for developing, implementing and delivering SEO strategies for our clients. You'll leverage your technical SEO expertise and business acumen to promote initiatives, effectiveness and best practices. Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, product, Localization, and Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in the localization industry and lead a high-performing team that shapes the future of Welocalize's digital marketing efforts. Main Duties Lead the development and execution of tailored SEO strategies for client projects, ensuring alignment with each client's business goals to maximize their organic traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates. Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 7 SEO professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality SEO solutions for clients. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring the team delivers projects efficiently and meets client expectations. Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal departments, specially the Commercial team, to integrate SEO best practices into client-specific digital marketing projects, ensuring all initiatives support client SEO goals. Serve as the in-house expert for SEO. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance for client projects using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software
