MISSION: increase the control and response about Stocks needs and implementation the Controllong Excellence Road Map.
TASKS: Preparing the Stock report for the GLF NAC and working capital impacts.
Analysis and definition of corrective measures for the stocks.
Ensuring regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget and procedures Analysis the current suppliers payment terms and deviation Organizing, planning, managing and Implementing the Financial process for the Finance Excellence Strategic road map on time.
Reviewing designs, plans, and specifications to ensure that they meet industry standards and legal requirements.
Make internal Audits to ensure the quality of the process.
Governance: being responsible for ensuring all the company finance processes are implemented and respected.
Modelling: be able to prepare modelling to support the Business.
Cases demanded.
Give support and collaboration with other projects and task given.
YOUR PROFILE: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, Economics ,Business Administration or a comparable education/qualification Very good knowledge of analyzing and optimizing SAP-based Controlling and Finance , Manufacturing and Stock Management processes Open to learn and adopt the existing customized functions.
Core consulting skills (analytical thinking, structured work, relationship management and communication).
Very Familiar working with project management tools.
Developer of new solutions responding to the business needs.
Industry knowledge in mechanical and plant engineering desirable.
High English level, written and spoken.
Advance XLS level, Power Query and Power BI.
