THE DAILY
Learning and creating visual works and elements for WBD / Latam sports content in digital, including several pieces, from posts, banners, and miniatures. Must be about the pursuit of innovation and creativity. Supervises partner's production and assists in the approval of artwork and daily products.
Learn and take care of the company's brands, ensuring their correct positioning and use in different media. Learn how a core that serves multiple internal and external customers works. Must be about the pursuit of innovation and creativity.
Assist and learn production of pieces already created in different formats. Participate in the production of style guides and manuals for brands and visual assets.
Attend meetings with other teams to plan future projects and strategies. Assist in communication between areas and with TNT Sports Latam. Plan production of upcoming projects.

THE ESSENTIALS
Degree or equivalent experience in design
Knowledge of sports content, good understanding of fan behavior and social media language
Above average skills in Photoshop
Above average skills in Graphic Design
Above average skills in Adobe Creative Suite
Above average skills in illustration
General knowledge of motion design and animation
Above average skills in organization and task prioritization
Experience in digital media and print
Experience and improvement in motion graphics and/or other different types of techniques
At least 2 years of experience

NICE TO HAVES
Collaboration, team spirit, adaptability, fast learner
Good under pressure; social media coverage requires agility and precision
Good communication to negotiate creative elements and deadlines with other stakeholders
Innovative and creative mindset
Teamwork spirit in a multicultural and diverse team
Being a sports fan and consuming sports content is mandatory
