This leadership role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems to support business goals and compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to drive operational excellence and enable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations Management:Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, databases, and enterprise applications.Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems across all manufacturing sites and global applications supporting manufacturing, engineering, supply business processes.Translate demand for manufacturing, engineering and supply processes into application and infrastructure roadmap.Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices.Strategic Planning:Collaborate with senior IT and business leadership to develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals
