Ayudan a grandes aseguradoras multinacionales en su día a día desde hace más de 25 años desde Londres y Málaga.Ofrecen unsoftware para realizar la gestión integral de todos los negocios de seguros. Como resultado, sus clientes pueden crecer y administrar mejor su negocio a través de una mayor eficiencia, flexibilidad y control de datos.Para mejorar sus procesos de desarrollo de software están buscando para incorporar a su tripulación a un/a SRE Engineer con conocimientos asentados que revolucione las bases de su producto. Imaginad el lío que nos montamos para conseguir el seguro de nuestra casa o de la moto, ¿os imagináis lo complejo que debe de ser esto mismo para una gran empresa? Necesitan ayuda con multitud de seguros, que además conllevan mucha más complejidad; aquí es donde Sequel aporta valor; Desde 2017 pertenecenal grupo Verisk y han crecido hasta duplicar plantilla, teniendo que ampliar su oficina del centro de Málaga en tiempo récord. Actualmente, son cerca de 170 personas y no tienen pensado parar de crecer. Utilizan metodologías ágiles para el desarrollo de sus productos e intentan automatizar todo aquello que sea automatizable y les permita concentrarse en tareas que realmente añaden valor. Tu propósito principal dentro del equipo como SRE Engineer, es aumentar la capacidad de sus equipos multidisciplinares para entregar aplicaciones y servicios a la velocidad del rayo. Quieren que lleves la automatización tatuada en el brazo, la búsqueda de mejores herramientas, que cambies los procesos necesarios, y todo bajo el paraguas de las buenas prácticas. Trabajarás codo con codo con el equipo de producto y el de arquitectura, y con ellos diseñarás las soluciones necesarias usando contenedores, microservicios, arquitecturas serverless, etc...Además, serás responsable de que las mejoras estratégicas dentro del equipo de desarrollo se llevan a cabo de forma autónoma y todo se entregue en plazos. Como un gran poder conlleva una gran responsabilidad, liderarás, diseñarás e implementarás mejoras en el proceso de "Build & Release". No buscan X años de experiencia, sino a personas con ganas e independencia, versátiles y que sepan transmitir sus conocimientos e ideas sin miedo. Es decir, buscan a un/a líder de equipo. La idea final de todo esto es que tras tu evolución inicial y tu asentamiento en la compañía puedas ser la persona de referencia para más compañeros, mentorizarlos y llegar a ser un/a gran referente.
