Swedish Speaker Admin Assistant

The Universal Group has been developing several projects related to renewable energies and is looking for a administrative accounting for the Portuguese Office to work closely with senior management and executive staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Academic training at the level of degree in Accounting or similar areas;
-2 years experience in similar functions;
-Fluence in the written and spoken English and Swedish Language;
-High capacity to work in multifunctional teams;
-High knowledge of Office tools;
PROFILE:
- Professional experience in accounting;
- Knowledge of Microsoft;
- Excellent level of English and Swedish (writing and oral);
- Possess excellent administration and communication skills.
- Great multitasker.
- Logical thinker.
- Reliable and self motivated.
- Love being at the heart of a business and helping someone to be organized to free up their time.
- On top of your game in terms of scheduling, screening calls and overseeing emails/diaries.
- Assist with research and enjoy preparing spreadsheets and reports
