With teammates all over the world, this role offers the unique opportunity to be a part of something unconventional with limitless growth potential.MachinioWe are the fastest growing machinery marketplace in the world, featured in Forbes, Crain's Chicago Business, Business Insider, and Inc.Com.Work LifeVacation policy.Modern work equipment provided to all team members.Casual, collaborative, fast-paced work environment and a fun team.In-person team events and holiday partiesEmployee milestone program.Responsibilities:Establishing relationships from scratch with potential clients, business owners, and C-level executives in the EU, and signing them on as members.Acquiring customers and generating revenue for our core product, Machinio.Com.Complying with KPIs and goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Collaborating and strategizing with the Business Development team to improve aspects applicable to your role, as well as to the overall growth of the company.Requirements:Fluent/Native in GERMAN and/or ITALIAN and/or FRENCH, requiredComfortable and disciplined with remote work.Drive, motivation, and proactiveness to LEARN.Communication and teamwork skills.Interest in learning analytical and negotiation skills.Client-focused and problem-solving attitude.CompensationBase salaryGenerous commission structureOur Interview Process:Step 1 - Brief phone Interview with the Senior Director of Operations.Step 2 - 1-hour Google Meets/Video interview with one of our Team Leads.Step 3 - 30min final interview with Vice President of Sales.We're efficient decision-makers.
