The De'Longhi Group is one of the world's leading players in small domestic appliances associated with the world of coffee, the kitchen, air conditioning, and home care. We are in more than 120 markets, with a worldwide community of 10.000 employees and brands that have madethe history of small domestic appliances and design. Our brands: De'Longhi, KENWOOD, BRAUN, Nutribullet.We are looking for a Brand Manager Baltics to support the growth of a leading small domestic appliances brands in Baltic. The person will be responsible for 360 brand communication across marketing mix – planning, execution and assessment. Brand Manager will work closely with otherdepartments (Category Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Headquarters, etc.) and external partners (Advertising Agencies, etc.).Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning, executing & tracking Brand communication:Developing comprehensive, cohesive, 360 degrees, ROI-driven communication strategy for the brand in online and offline worldLeading digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, video, display, social media – hand in hand with digital media agenciesLeading offline marketing activities, including maintaining excellent in-store presence & POSM statusManaging marketing budget as a budget ownerActively participating in internal marketing and sales meetings, inspiring the sales force, equipping them with market winning product knowledge and toolsManaging brand website, creating product rich contentContribution to Brand Strategy development, together with the team in Baltic and HQ in TrevisoInnovating in consumer communication field – bringing new ideas, working with agency on new tools, assessing them and applying in long term plansAnalysis of market data:- Monitoring competitive environment- Analyzing consumer trends & insightsJob ProfileKey Requirements from the candidate:2 years of working experience in in the same positionBachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing/business/economicsFluent English, comfortable working in an international environmentPassion for advertising, branding, digital marketing and consumer understandingAcumen for social media & its potential as a sales channelAnalytical and data-driven approach to actionsStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsProactive, KPI driven, results-oriented, well organized and keeping time commitmentsAble to adjust to a fast-changing business environmentWhat we offer:Permanent, full-time contractMarket competitive salary plus achievement based bonusMedical care, additional vacation daysFlexible home vs. office work (the office is located in Vilnius)We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, we reject and condemn any form of discrimination including discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health, race, nationality, cultural background, political opinions and religious beliefs, and membership of associations and trade unions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
