INBRAIN Neuroelectronics decodes neural signals to deliver precision BCI therapy using the power of graphene.

In this role, you will be working as a Project Manager for commercial Medical Devices to treat Neural Disorders, your primary responsibility is to lead the development team and oversee project execution from conception to completion. You will work closely with the Project Development team, as well as with the Technical Lead, and Program Manager to ensure that project requirements are met on time and within budget.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in transforming innovative ideas into life-changing medical devices that enhance patient care and outcomes. Your mission is to lead and drive complex projects within the healthcare industry, ensuring that every stage—from concept to market launch—is executed with excellence, precision, and adherence to the highest industry standards.

You will harness your extensive experience in healthcare to navigate the unique challenges of the medical device industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while pushing the boundaries of what's possible. 

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will align all stakeholders with the project's vision and goals, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering projects that not only meet but exceed expectations, on time and within budget. 

You will be at the forefront of bringing advanced healthcare solutions to market, making a tangible difference in people´s lives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the project plan, tasks, resources and budgetDefine project coordination structure and communication planDefine and prioritize the development tasks, oversee and take part in the development tasks, as appropriateLead planning, and management of critical initiatives across the development team to achieve their performance schedule and cost targetsLiaise with the Technical Lead to manage the sub-contractors within the projectFacilitate smooth interface and communication between the project team and other functions of the organizationEnsure high quality delivery, while complying with procedures and regulationsSupport the development and deployment of best practices in the identification of risks to quality, new product introduction, to production and initiate preventative steps in the project to mitigate these risksSupport continuous improvement of yield, cost, quality and efficiency in the project and businessIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating project risksOrganizing and leading weekly project team meetings to discuss progress, risks, and next steps and following up on the actionsReporting project status updatesSupporting the Program Manager in facilitating monthly cross-functional and management team meetingsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Industrial Engineering, or similarAt least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry and at least 3 years of project management experienceA track record of project management execution in MedTechHealthcare experience in the development of medical devicesPrior experience working for a MedTech company whose products and processes are CE and FDA-regulatedEnergetic person, a real Team Player who enjoys technical challenges, with an analytical mindsetDemonstrated management and leadership experience in working with cross-functional geographically dispersed teams on complex projectsExcellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skillsAbility to effectively present information to other functions of the businessA self-starter, able to deliver the work required to advance the project with a minimal amount of directionFluency in English is required (English is the company language).
