We maximize value from data - all the way from Discovery to Insights.In addition to partnering with teams across the business to develop solutions, scale and automate data-driven solutions, Data & Analytics Chapter members are uniquely placed to connect the dots across initiatives, promote information sharing across domains, and recommend the re-use of data, analytics, and solutions wherever possible.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Data & Analytics Specialist/Business Analyst who will join us in the newly setup Integrated Informatics for a journey to drive transformation with data and foster automated and efficient decision-making throughout the organization. The Data and Analytics Specialist must be the big-picture thinker who understands the value of data to the organization, has a strong focus on delivering high value, connecting the dots, and investing in the right initiatives with reusability at the heart of it.In this position, you will act as squad lead, have end-to-end ownership of Product delivery with setting up teams from multiple teams/areas with a focus on Lifecycle management of the product.Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data and analytics products and ensure what was agreed gets delivered.Work with data engineers and data scientists to develop data pipelines, analytical models, and visualizations that meet business requirements.Collaborate with Infrastructure Teams and software developers to ensure that data and analytics products are integrated into existing systems and platforms in a sustainable way that still meets the needs of business to generate the insights necessary to drive their decisions.Monitor data and analytics product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
