This position offers a chance to contribute to cutting-edge research in a vibrant, interdisciplinary, and international research environment.Designation: Postdoctoral Researcher in hybrid electrocatalysts for green hydrogen productionResearch Area: NanoElectrocatalysis and Sustainable ChemistryPhD in chemistry, electrochemistry, or materials scienceExperience in electrochemistry and electrocatalysisKnowledge of materials characterization, spectroelectrochemistry, and synchrotron X-ray techniques (desirable)Excellent communication skills in EnglishJob Description:As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will investigate the structure-property relations of electrocatalyst materials for green hydrogen production.
This two-year position involves characterizing novel electrocatalyst nanomaterials, developing electrochemical and in situ characterization methods, and conducting independent research in collaboration with other research groups.Main Tasks and responsibilities:Combine electrochemical methods with in situ spectroelectrochemistry to investigate electrocatalyst materialsDevelop electrochemical and in situ characterization methods for novel electrocatalystsCarry out independent research, write scientific papers, and present work at international conferencesHow to Apply:Interested candidates must apply via the ICN2 website and submit the following documents:A full CV with contact details2 reference letters or referee contactsLast Date for Apply:The deadline for applications is 30 April 2024.
