.Clidrive es una nueva Fintech centrada en el sector del automóvil, que te ayuda a financiar tu coche nuevo o a conseguir un crédito si lo necesitas. Están desarrollando su propio producto y necesitan un perfil de Mid Backend Developer para ayudarles a construirlo y a que crezca y escale. Clidrive es una startup que acaba de comenzar su andadura en el mundo de la financiación de vehículos , llevan 3 meses y tienen la visión de ser la empresa líder en transformación de servicios financieros. Su misión principal es dar a las personas acceso a un crédito de manera mucho más fácil y asequible. Pero que acaben de empezar, no significa que sean nuevos en el sector. La empresa ha sido cofundada por personas que vienen de anteriores startups (Clicars and Clikalia) donde el éxito les ha acompañado y han conseguido muchos logros profesionales. ¿Cómo es el producto? Ahora mismo tienen dos productos principales: Un CRM que ayude en todo el proceso de venta de un coche dirigido a concesionarios y comerciales de vehículos. Están usando Pipedrive de momento, pero ya van a empezar con la construcción del suyo propio . Una plataforma web (que ya está en vías de desarrollo) donde poder aportar más servicios (tipo fintech) en todo el ciclo de refinanciación o financiación de un coche nuevo . ¿Qué reto tienen delante? El reto principal es crear producto desde cero. Si te gusta montar cosas desde el inicio y participar en todas las decisiones del producto, este es tu sitio. Tienen ya toda la visión del CRM estructurada a alto nivel y la están bajando a requisitos funcionales junto con los PM's. Pero está todo por hacer. Necesitan estructurar y crear un MVP de ambos productos, evolucionarlos y enriquecer las bases de datos. Están empezando a trabajar con un backend usando una arquitectura basada en eventos y el equipo de infra está externalizado, pero quieren incorporar a gente de plataforma pronto. Además, el testing forma parte de su cultura . Tu evolución Tu primer día En 1 mes Es tu primer mes, intenta centrarte en sentirte cómodo/a y ver cómo funcionan las cosas. Es posible que hacia el final del primer mes ya entiendas los procesos, equipo y herramientas. Implementarás, junto al resto del equipo, nuevas funcionalidades en el backend de la plataforma, y corregirás y mejorarás aquellas que ya están funcionando. Mejorarás el rendimiento, escalabilidad y monitorización de la plataforma. Te responsabilizarás de crear un código robusto, escalable y mantenible. Revisarás el código de tus compañeros/as, aportando y aprendiendo de los demás. De momento, no están trabajando con un Scrum muy ortodoxo. Son 5 en el equipo de ingeniería, así que utilizan Kanban . Buscan que ayudes al equipo de backend , sumando en todo con tus ideas y aportaciones. En cuanto al stack tecnológico, usan Node con Nest y Typescript en el backend; están migrando de Gitlab a Github Actions ; todo se despliega en AWS y crean la infra con Terraform
