Regardless of vertical, Adapt offers dynamic and diverse challenges that foster creativity, innovation and application of knowledge to create client solutions.Job Reference: #LI-JC1A Bit About YouThe ideal candidate will have similar experience as an International SEO Account Manager or at least 3-4 years of experience as Senior SEO Executive.
As an international SEO Manager, you will report to the SEO Director and will be responsible for delivering and overseeing best-practice SEO solutions for international clients.
The role will include some ASO responsibilities, including supporting our international app-based clients with building and executing strategies to be more visible on the App Stores.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of multimarket clients' SEO amp; ASO activities alongside the SEO Director Ensure deliveries are on time and presented with clarity of thought, actionable insights and solutionsBriefing in-market resources to run multilingual keyword research, SEO analysis and synthesising these insights to form strategic recommendationsWorking with Technical SEO specialists to run and deliver technical SEO audits and provide recommendationsPlan for, schedule and run weekly/monthly calls with clients, prioritizing actions by impact and communicating progressCreate and manage SEO project plans, pulling together deliverables from different team members to contribute to the strategyWork closely with the SEO Director for the costs/margins of the SEO projects Create, manage and close projects on internal project management software to ensure effective billing and invoicing of projects and payment of in-market resourcesRequirementsWorking Experience of using industry-standard SEO tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog to deliver search insights to clientsPreferred experience with ASO, using tools such as AppTweak, App Annie, or Sensor Tower Solid understanding of Technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, Structured Data, AI Overviews)Experience managing external resource pool for delivery and quality assurance of in-market SEO deliverablesAbility to form strong client relationships through proactive suggestions of innovative solutionsAbility to transform data insights into client facing presentations and manage ongoing performance reviews, translating SEO metrics into clear actionable business outcomes for clientsExperience running competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for improvement in visibility and trafficAbility to support SEO pre-sales activity - running short analyses on prospective clients sites and suggesting initial opportunities for improvementStrong organizational and project management skill set to input on multiple customer accounts and maintain timelines for client deliveriesStrong attention to detail in delivering client work - clarity of thought process when creating deliverables and presentationsAbility to work within a team and to manage and mentor the junior membersConfidence to share ideas for improvement of outcomes for both the team and for clientsWelocalize is committed to equal opportunities and in compliance with the General Law on the Rights of People with Disabilities, this vacancy is also available and we encourage those candidates who have a disability certificate (equal to or greater than 33%) to apply.
