Its track-record to date includes more than 304 miles of tunnels, 11,930 miles of roads (including 2,485 miles of highways), 2920 miles of railroad lines (including 434 miles of high-speed railroads) and 16,994 miles of road maintenance and repair.**Job Description**:FUNCIONES:- Contabilizar pagos y cobros (facturas y albaranes).- Preparar y contabilizar los cierres mensuales (costes y previsiones).- Atención telefónica a proveedores y subcontratas.- Archivar la documentación laboral y contable.- Controlar la documentación de subcontratas(Socio-Laboral y Seguridad-Salud).- Elaborar las facturas de las Certificaciones mensuales a los Clientes.- Controlar los accesos del personal en obra (Programa control de Acceso y Tarjetas Identificativas).- Realizar los Contratos (Altas y Bajas en la Seguridad Social) y Nóminas del personal contratado por obra.- Comunicar a Oficinas Centrales sobre cambios laborales de trabajadores de plantilla ( Bajas por enfermedad, vacaciones, etc...)- Supervisar el estado del Almacén (entradas y salidas) mediante los albaranes.- REQUISITOS:- Formación: Recién titulado/a en Formación Profesional Administrativa.- Experiência: no requerida.- Movilidad: carnet de conducir y vehículo.- Alto nível de manejo ofimático.- Fecha de incorporación: inmediata
