Could you be the full-time Workshop Coordinator in Barcelona we're looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your production expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be responsible for requests for training & qualification of operators, requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary), requests & requirements for sub-contracting . Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (supply chain, quality), be responsible for the industrial process Hand-over from PME to manufacturing and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing all the manufacturing activities for a project(s) of an EPU (Elementary Production Unit) including the responsibilities linked to the position as hierarchical manager for all the operators of the manufacturing organization who belong to the EPU but also preparing the APSYS deployment.
We'll look to you for:
Supply chain set up Quality plan validation Be responsible for the operators training (covering manufacturing & self-inspections) The finalization of manufacturing preparation for activity within the EPU The complete scope of manufacturing activities within the EPU, SQCD performance for the activity in the EPU, and tracking the associated KPI Continuous improvement of SQCD performance of the activity in the EPU: Issues Management for the activity of the EPU Execution of changes to the product, (if applicable) Contribution to 1st Train(s) /products Manufacturing Feedback to support functions in order to improve SQCD performance As hierarchical manager of the operators belonging to an EPU (Elementary Production Unit) are: Responsible for time management (presence management and activity management) of all employees, and assuring compliance with the local legislation Accountable for the time reconciliation Responsible for continuously improving occupational safety, including that of contractors (if applicable) working for the EPU Contribution to the development of the operators, which means further development of the qualification matrix for product-related and technology-related processes, as well as general technological and personal qualification Responsible for the PMC (People Management Cycle) as per local HR policy Contribution to the application of the corporate policies (EHS, IRIS, Ethics and Compliance, …) All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Technical Degree Previous position in an operational industrial environment, leading a team Profound knowledge of Special Processes Working knowledge of Industrial Management, Processes for industrials E2E, from Engineering to Delivery, Manufacturing Processes and Technologies, Configuration & Change Management, Lean Management Tools, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations, Supply Chain/Quality processes and impact from manufacturing on them, Team Management including management of cross functional teams Basic awareness of: Automation / Robotization, Greenfield/Brownfield Development, Site Facilities & Maintenance, Transfer of Technology, Ergonomics Things you'll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
