Directly reporting to our Director of functional design, we are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager .
This role will have a direct impact in overseeing all software development projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.
We are looking for a Key Player to manage the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to optimize efficiency and are responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the project delivery methodology.
This role is essential for delivering software development projects efficiently and effectively, leading a team to drive successful project execution and innovation, contributing to the organization's success and growth.
Job Duties & Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and deliver PayRetailers Technology projects on time and within budget.
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and standardize project methodologies and governance.
Serve as the primary contact for executive project communications.
Establish and maintain governance, processes, and tools for managing the Technology Delivery Portfolio (including intake, validation, prioritization, and state tracking).
Build and lead a team of Project Managers and Portfolio Experts.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through regular reviews and audits.
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial reports and forecasts.
Establish KPIs and metrics, generate performance reports, and drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, drive innovation, and promote continuous learning within the team.
Experience and Qualifications: Proficiency in English (+C1) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in IT (Fintech or large IT consultancy is highly desirable).
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and extensive experience in SDLC.
Experience managing a portfolio of technology projects, including intake management, validation, prioritization, and state tracking.
Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing project delivery methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
