The Junior Project Manager supports the planning, execution, and completion of cross-functional (technical and commercial) projects in the fin-tech industry, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including international teams spread across different time zones (Europe and Latin America), managing project documentation, and assisting in the resolution of project issues.Responsibilities: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop, support, and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.Coordinate and communicate with project team members to ensure tasks are completed as per the project plan.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks.Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to the Project Management team.Support project meetings, including taking minutes, and following up on action items.Assist in managing changes to project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques.Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.Minimum Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a requirement.2+ years of experience.Professional certification in project management (e.G., CAPM, PMP) is an advantage.Proficiency in English and Spanish both written and spoken, is required.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software tools (e.G., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).Understanding of project management methodologies (e.G., Waterfall, Agile).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
