Cintra es una de las compañías líder en la promoción privada de infraestructuras de transporte en todo el mundo, por número de proyectos y por volumen de inversión. Actualmente gestiona cerca de 1.475 kilómetros de autopistas en 9 países, entre las que se encuentran la 407 ETR en Toronto (Canadá) y 5 autopistas Managed Lanes en Estados Unidos: NTE, NTE35W y LBJ en Texas, la autopista I-77 en Carolina del Norte y la I-66 en Virginia. Actualmente Cintra continúa activa en otros mercados, como Reino Unido, Australia, Colombia y Europa, el volumen de inversión en estas geografías supone más del 35%.
**Un Investment Analyst proporciona a Cintra análisis financieros, cuyos resultados son clave en el proceso de toma de decisiones de la empresa. Trabaja principalmente con modelos financieros que reflejan cómo pueden comportarse potencialmente los activos a lo largo de su vida, explicando qué oportunidades de inversión son mejores para Cintra. Un Investment Analyst también participará tanto en las actividades de desarrollo de negocio de Cintra como en la gestión de los activos en Europa y Nuevos Mercados. Además, un Investment Analyst construirá los modelos, los optimizará según las necesidades/requisitos de cada proyecto, estructurará el análisis y comunicará sus principales conclusiones y recomendaciones de inversión.

**Funciones**
- Formular modelos -financieros completos desde cero para valorar todos los proyectos de la cartera de activos de la compañía, así como analizar proyectos de infrastructura nuevos, tanto de inversión como de desinversión.
- Preparar e interpretar información financiera compleja y proporcionar análisis financieros en una variedad de contextos, incluyendo ofertas de proyectos, transacciones de cartera y actividades de fusiones y adquisiciones.
- Realizar el análisis económico-financiero de proyectos de inversión en infraestructuras, en coordinación con otras áreas de la compañía (y/o con asesores externos) para calcular sus rentabilidades e identificar (y cuantificar) sus riesgos.
- Analizar los proyectos y realizar propuestas que optimicen su viabilidad económica y financiera, maximizando la creación de valor para sus accionistas y/o la competitividad en los procesos de licitación y desarrollo corporativo de la compañía.
- Redactar la documentación necesaria para cumplir con los procedimientos (internos o externos) en el ámbito del análisis económico-financiero y la financiación de los proyectos.
- Colaborar con otras áreas de la compañía o proveedores externos para lograr cerrar de forma satisfactoria procesos de licitación, desarrollo corporativo y financiaciones.

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura en ADE, Económicas o Ingeniería Superior (con formación en el ámbito financiero). Valorable Máster en Finanzas o MBA en escuela de negocios de prestigio.
- Nível de inglés muy alto.
- Entre 1 y 5 años de experiência como analista de inversiones (valorable sector infraestructuras), con conocimiento demostrable en la formulación y revisión de modelos financieros complejos.
- Conocimiento de la normativa contable y fiscal aplicable en proyectos de infraestructuras.
- Valorable conocimientos de project finance aplicado a proyectos de infraestructuras.
