Job Title : Global LIMS Business Process Owner

Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)

Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join our growing business as LIMS Business Process Owner.

As the LIMS Business Process Owner (BPO) and Labs Digitalization, you will have a key role in supporting and influencing the decision-making process of LIMS-management deployed in all the existing and future Galderma manufacturing sites. You will also develop and deploy a digital strategy in the labs to improve efficiency and compliance. This includes ensuring that the objectives are in line with the organization's strategic direction, digital strategy and that LIMS key users and Labs Managers are involved as needed. This is a permanent employment.

In this role, you would report to the Global Quality Operations Director .

Key Responsibilities
Participate in defining QC Labs and LIMS' business objectives for the 3 to 5 years
Identify and analyze business solutions for the Galderma QC labs
Define the scope of the solutions within the projects
Propose and deploy improvements based on QC labs needs and best practices with efficiency, harmonization, automation, and simplifications as main drivers
Ensure full compliance to the different GxP regulations of digital and non-digital continuous improvement solutions deployed
Analyze the needs of stakeholders in the projects including validation needs
Ensure key users are properly trained
Responsible for Key Users activities

Skills & Qualifications
College or University Degree in Science
Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Deep knowledge of Quality Control, GMPs and analytical requirements
Experience with LIMS software (preferably Labvantage solution)
Professional level in English
Computerized System validation skills
Listening, analyzing and negotiation skills
