Discuss and challenge with financial directors the performance of their segmentsProvide in a timely manner the synthesis of the global financial performance of Mantu Group, along with qualitative comments for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Mantu BoardMonitor progress and changes; keep senior leadership abreast of the organization's financial statusEnsure the global accuracy of financial statements by controlling key reliability indicators (intercompany reconciliation, shared services center reinvoicing, complete analytical allocation, etc)Perform comparisons of Mantu performance (profitability, growth) to competitors in the worldwide consulting industryLiaise with internal auditors and manage internal controls over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulationsCreate additional analyses as requested from senior managementProfile :You are currently starting or finishing a master degree in Engineering or in Finance/Accounting from a Business schoolYou speak English and French fluentlyYou possess strong analytical skills with attention to detailYou are highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointMastery of generative AI (ex: ChatGPT) is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity"Mantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
