.Sobre GradiantEn Gradiant trabajamos en el desarrollo de tecnologías relacionadas con la ciberseguridad (de la información y de las comunicaciones),, la inteligencia artificial (de datos, computer vision, PLN,...) ylas comunicaciones (5G-6G, satélite, aeronáuticas,...); siempre desde un punto de vista deeptech y por delante al estado del arte.Trabajamos en la maduración de las tecnologías desde un punto incipiente hasta su adopción por el tejido empresarial, haciendo el recorrido del I+D+i y la transferencia tecnológica.Dentro delÁrea de Seguridad y Privacidad, necesitamos incorporar a una persona que, en dependencia directa del director de área,realice la gestión íntegra de la línea de Security Analytics, participando en la estrategia tecnológica, la preparación de propuestas y ofertas, la gestión del equipo y la coordinación de los proyectos.Te integrarás en un equipo joven y dinámico, con más de 15 años de experiencia y con una alta motivación de seguir mejorando cada día.Qué harás Diseño e implementación delplan estratégico de la línea de Security Analyticsen función de las necesidades del mercado y la Vigilancia Tecnológica realizada Preparación de ofertas técnico-económicas para el sector privado Búsqueda de nuevos socios y clientes Definición y redacción de propuestas de I+D+i en el ámbito de la ciberseguridad en convocatorias europeas y nacionales Gestión de equipo Participación en actividades de difusión en representación de Gradiant Coordinación la ejecución de proyectos, la asignación del personal a los mismos y la relación con el cliente Product Owner para el desarrollo de activos tecnológicos propios Lo que buscamos Ingeniería, Licenciatura, Grado o Máster en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines. +5 años de experiencia relacionada Experiencia en gestión de equipos Conocimiento del sector de la ciberseguridad, preferiblemente desde el ámbito de la I+D+i Se valorará positivamente Conocimientos de desarrollo y aplicación de técnicas de Inteligencia Artificial (ML/DL) Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y metodologías ágiles, especialmente proyectos de data science y/o software development. Doctorado o estudios de doctorado, o máster/cursos de especialización en innovación y gestión de tecnología.
