This is a hybrid role based in Madrid.
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer , you will collaborate in key international projects that are delivered across a diverse range of sectors including Industrial, Healthcare, Aviation, Commercial, Defense, among others.
In the role, you will be expected to: Complete electrical power and lighting designs for projects of all sizes.
Make major design recommendations and design decisions with input from senior staff.
Coordinate design and schedule with other disciplines such as architectural, structural, mechanical, technology, clerical, and equipment suppliers.
Maintain accurate project documentation and design data for permanent project files.
Act as an adviser, reviewing works prepared by other project team members, if needed.
Evaluate project staffing requirements, analyze problems, and write reports.
Attend project meetings with clients or other stakeholders.
Help prepare proposals and presentations.
Assist in project checking for quality control on other projects.
Ability to work on multiple/different projects daily.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.S.)
in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with Electrical Emphasis from an accredited program.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering design.
Knowledge of applicable electrical engineering codes, standards, and current industry best practices.
A strong ethical approach to safety, quality, and sustainable design.
Working knowledge of design applications is essential (Caneco, Etap, Revit...).
Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
