Buscamos un Supervisor de Composición VFX altamente cualificado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Como VFX Compositing Supervisor, serás responsable de supervisar el equipo de composición y supervisar la composición de efectos visuales para nuestros proyectos.
Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de producción y otros jefes de departamento para garantizar que todas las tomas se entregan a tiempo, con los más altos estándares de calidad y dentro del presupuesto.
Desarrollar y aplicar un pipeline de composición adecuado que satisfaga las necesidades de cada proyecto.
Supervisar y asesorar al equipo de composición, proporcionando orientación y comentarios para garantizar que todo el trabajo cumpla con los más altos estándares de calidad.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo creativo y otros jefes de departamento para garantizar que todo el trabajo de composición esté en consonancia con la visión creativa general del proyecto.
Colaborar con el equipo de producción para gestionar el calendario de composición y garantizar que todos los planos se entregan a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
Revisar y aprobar todo el trabajo de composición antes de enviarlo al cliente para su aprobación.
Mantener reuniones con el cliente para asegurarse de que se cumplen su visión y sus expectativas.
Garantizar que todo el trabajo de composición se registra y documenta adecuadamente en nuestro sistema de gestión de proyectos.
Solucionar cualquier problema técnico que surja durante el proceso de composición.
Experiencia previa en funciones de supervisión, con capacidad demostrada para dirigir y orientar a un equipo.
Gran capacidad de resolución de problemas y de resolución de problemas técnicos.
Excelentes dotes de comunicación e interpersonales, con capacidad para trabajar en colaboración con otros jefes de departamento y clientes.
Dominio del software de composición estándar del sector Nuke.
Se valorarán los conocimientos de software 3D como Maya, Houdini o Cinema 4D.
Buen nivel de inglés para conversación y escritura.
