Greenvolt is seeking a Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team.

The Financial Controller will oversee all financial aspects of our business, ensuring that our financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with various departments, analyzing financial data to provide critical insights that assist in decision-making processes.
The Financial Controller will also be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls,
establishing processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within our financial operations.
The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership capabilities, as they will manage a dedicated team of finance professionals.

Responsibilities Manage all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standardsOversee budget preparation and financial forecastingAnalyze financial performance and report on variances to managementImplement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assetsLead and mentor the finance team, encouraging professional growth and developmentCoordinate audits and liaise with external auditors during the audit process Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting rolesProven experience as a Financial Controller or similar managerial positionStrong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in accounting software and financial management systemsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
