As Jr financial Controller, this position is responsible to analyze, and provide all the financial information (Sales, cost, expenses, etc) related to the CHC BU to support the organization and control the accounting and reporting for the results.
Live a proactive culture that is focused on improving the financial performance of Consumer Healthcare BU.The challengeCollaboration and Preparation of Monthly Financial ReportingReview and analysis of Monthly Analytical Close: Profit and Loss (P&L), Headcount, Capex, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet.Analysis of deviations in sales, margins, prices, and results compared to the budget and the previous year.Elaboration of budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.Development and enhancement of reports in PowerBi for effective data visualization.Preparation and Monitoring of Expense ProvisionsCreation of dashboards for reports that support management in strategic decision-making.Implementation of improvements and creation of new Power BI Indicators (PBIs) to optimize data analysis.Collaboration on various team tasks, providing innovative and high-quality solutions.Assistance in financial processes, including payments, review of purchase orders (POs), and invoices.Assist in preparing and updating different presentations that will provide business advice to the BUWhat do you need?Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration and similar areas.Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar functionsSpecific Knowledge: Analytical skills experience with SAP, excel and visualization tools (PowerBi).Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.Personal Skills:Excellent interpersonal skillsHigh working capability and flexible on daily workload.
Ability to manage priorities in a context of tight deadlines.Team spiritStrong sense of responsibility and quality work.Our benefits? Flexible start time from Monday to Friday (full-time).
