You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Engineering, Technology Analysis & Documentation, Technical Support, and other teams, documenting and reporting program scope, deliverables, timeliness, critical paths, change control, and proactively engage in risk mitigation.What You'll DoWork with some of our biggest clients in Spain.Build a project plan that gets clients live and to market as fast and with the highest quality possible.Create clear communication and definition of what has been promised to the customer, the timeline, and outcomes expected.Manage a high volume of fast-paced concurrent projects to successful delivery.Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, adapting plans based on changing data or conditions.Conduct daily project stand-up meetings, collect and disseminate information to functional teams and stakeholders.Drive cross-functional team deliverables and schedules, hitting target milestones.Ownership and accountability of accurate and timely project planning, management, coordination, tracking, and reporting.Track open issues and risks and effectively negotiate to guide issues within internal groups to resolution.Anticipate, identify, document, and manage key project and program risks.Identify cross-functional dependencies, track, and report on their progress.Document and communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to stakeholders.Ensure that the appropriate documents exist and are communicated to drive shared vision among project teams.Create clearly understandable and actionable success criteria, objectives, and requirements.Use effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.Client engagement duties as required or directed.About YouBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field.Minimum 1-2+ years' experience in a technical project lead role.Success working in an Agile/SCRUM environment required.Must have experience in Engineering and IT computer systems.Knowledge of Kiosk and POS systems a plus.Demonstrated success collaborating with software engineering teams.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Technical and technological aptitude.Flexible, adaptable; comfort with ambiguity.Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities.Bilingual highly preferred, English and Spanish.The Interview ProcessRecruiter interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.Interview with Project Team.Final interview with our Head of Kiosks.Pay and Benefits (Spain)Health insurance: Tillster pays the premium for employee private health insurance.Holidays: local/municipal holidays in accordance with applicable Spain Labour laws.Vacation: Based on Spain Labor Laws.Education, Learning & Development: We offer Udemy Learning courses.Tillster is proudly an Equal Opportunity EmployerPrincipals only – no Agencies or calls please
