Job Description Lastminute.com is looking for a telesales agent for the French, German, or Italian market.
Key Responsibilities: – Serve both inbound and outbound customers in French, German, or Italian.
– Sell holiday packages.
Qualifications Native French, German, or Italian speaker.
Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail.
Proactive team player.
Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative, and is a problem solver.
Works to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
Strong communicator, both internally and externally.
Ability to work with commercial targets.
Oriented towards business results.
Versatile.
Previous experience in the travel context or sales.
