If you match this description, get in touchWhat you'll doConduct customer surveys and required analyses to monitor KPI's, identify and implement improvement actionsAct as catalyst by providing consultancy to businesses and marketsOptimize performance in support of day to day business operations & deploymentWorks hand in hand with the IT/Digital organization Scrum TeamsMulti-stakeholder internal communicationDeliver defined roadmap within AOP- and KPI targetsApply customer-centricity in context of digital capabilities that drive for highest levels of customer satisfaction with consistent experience across all owned digital touch pointsActively pursue impact options and opportunities for Philips customers & employeesYour qualificationsTechnicalBachelor or Masters degree in Marketing or Business Management or a related discipline, or proven extensive experience in global Digital roles7+ years experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce, specific experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and UX Web Development5 + years experience in a complex, global, diversified companyStrong project coordination & management skills with the ability to manage complex multistakeholder's global initiativesStrong relationship skills, to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, on a global Highly skilled (= expert) in one or more digital marketing domains: Search, Mobile, Content, Analytics or User ExperienceUnderstands & champions digital marketing domain integrally at-large in business context of Marketing & SalesBehavioralDeep listeningInfluencing for decision makingAdaptive, collaborative, and execute flawlesslyDelivers on commitmentsCommunicates with impactNatural team player, SCRUMAbility to lead complex projects in a complex environmentFluent in EnglishWhat you'll get in return…We're offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
