Amb més de 25 anys d'experiència en el sector, hem establert una xarxa que abarca més de 70 oficines, consolidant-nos com una de les cinc principals firmes de la península.Actualment busquem **un/a Junior Data Analyst** per incorporar a les nostres oficines de Serveis Corporatius a Sant Cugat.**Funcions**:Com a membre de l'equip de Data, t'encarregaràs de:- Col-laborar amb els departaments implicats per comprendre les seves necessitats d'anàlisi de dades i desenvolupar solucions efectives- Dissenyar, desenvolupar i mantenir informes i panells interactius utilitzant Power BI o SSRS- Utilitzar SSIS per extreure, transformar i carregar dades de diverses fonts a un magatzem de dades centralitzat amb dades de qualitat i de manera eficaç- Identificar i resoldre problemes relacionats amb la qualitat de les dades, la consistència i la precisió- Gestionar, interpretar i calcular KPI's relacionats amb el món empresarial- Comunicar els resultats d'aquests anàlisis al Comité de Direcció junt amb la resta de l'equip**Què oferim**:- Formar part d'un equip estratègic i en ple creixement- Treballar en un ambient jove i dinàmic, amb bon clima laboral- Retribució: segons experiència aportada- Projecció de creixement i pla de carrera- 26 dies de vacances més el dia d'aniversari- 1 tarda lliure a la setmana- 1 dia de teletreball a la setmana- Titulació universitària en Estadística, ADE, Economia, Física o similar.- 6 mesos d'experiència en l'anàlisi de dades i visualització amb Power BI.- Experiència en programació amb SQL.- Habilitats de comunicació verbal i escrita. Capacitat per presentar els resultats de manera clara i concisa davant els diferents stakeholders de l'empresa.- Nívell alt de català i castellà.- Persona ben estructurada, amb bon pensament analític i conceptual.- Forta orientació al procés, inclosa la capacitat de traduir negocis en codi.- Fort/a jugador/a d'equip, automotivat/da amb capacitat de treballar de manera autònoma en la coordinació d'activitats transversals.
