About You Minimum 5 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end service role, ideally within a private household or luxury hotel. Proven experience in managing all aspects of a large and luxurious residence, including staff supervision, guest management, and meticulous housekeeping. In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, protocol, and impeccable table service. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill the family's needs efficiently and discreetly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience working for UHNW families or celebrities is a plus. Flight Attendant Experience (Highly Preferred) A background in private aviation as a Flight Attendant is highly desirable. This demonstrates experience in anticipating passenger needs, providing exceptional service in a confined space, and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure. Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs clearance procedures would be a significant advantage. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the household, including staff supervision, household budgeting, and overseeing maintenance and security. Oversee the preparation and service of meals, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and etiquette. Manage travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, visa applications, and VIP airport assistance (if applicable based on flight attendant experience). Manage the family calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure all commitments are met promptly. Handle personal requests for the family members with discretion and efficiency.
