Your role in this journeyYou will support hosts to manage their properties on various channels including booking.com and airbnb.You will support guests to manage their bookings efficiently via phone, e-mail and Whatsapp.You will communicate with our partners such as booking.com and airbnb to solve problems in the booking process.You will be the voice of the customer and transfer customer requirements & potential issues to the product team to help improve the Holidu product every day.You will play an active part in finding ways to continuously improve our customer satisfaction.You will intensively cooperate with Product, Sales and Account Management for developing guest / homeowner experience.Your backpack is filled withNear-native English skills.
