We are seeking a skilled Account Manager - CSR to join their team and lead the planning, development, and execution of the client's digital strategies.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and responsive supportAct as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issuesCustomer Service Excellence:Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat)Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills to understand and resolve client issues effectivelyProblem Resolution:Analyze client concerns and take proactive steps to identify and implement solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive resolutionsProduct Knowledge and Education:Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clientsOffer guidance and educate clients on how to maximize the benefits of our offeringsFeedback Collection and Reporting:Gather and document client feedback, suggestions, and concerns to provide insights for product/service improvementsPrepare and submit regular reports summarizing client interactions and feedbackRequirementsExcellent English is criticalProven experience in a customer service or client-facing roleExperience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferredExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindsetAbility to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skillsBenefitsClient Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independentlyPayment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to youVacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client.
