**Misión del puesto**: Tu misión principal será, reportando a la posición de MICE Sales Manager del hotel, ayudar a conseguir los objetivos acumulativos del presupuesto en ventas de grupos, así como optimizar las ventas del espacio de reuniones del hotel.
Te encargarás de la operativa de grupos, de la creación y difusión de órdenes de servicio y venta de espacios de F&B.
Adaptándote a la operativa, apoyarás al departamento comercial en todas las tareas necesarias, desde la cotización de los grupos, contratación de los

mismos hasta su operativa in situ, incluyendo visitas de inspección, maximizando la satisfacción del cliente y procurando que todas las oportunidades de negocios sean explotadas.
**¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?
**
- Coordinación y planificación de eventos en el hotel.
- Asegurar que las necesidades y peticiones del grupo son atendidas apropiadamente.
- Garantizar el desarrollo de los eventos en línea de la contratación de nuestros clientes.
- Responsable de maximizar el revenue del evento.
- Preparación previa y coordinación del evento: Orden de Servicio, timing del evento, revisión de salas y espacios, precon con cliente y equipo del hotel.
- Garantizar el correcto uso de la planificación de salas.
- Encargado del cierre y análisis de la operativa del grupo, diseño de acciones de mejora y su facturación.
