Spa Supervisor

New Opening Ikos Porto Petro Mallorca 2023Ikos Resorts is looking for new Talent for being part of the new Ikos Porto Petro Spa team.Who do you want to become? Are you our Future Leader? Are you ready to realize your potential?Main duties:· To assist with all day-to-day spa operation, in conjunction with the Spa Manager and to act as lead manager in absence of the Spa Manager.· To ensure all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes.· To implement, monitor and enforce workplace safety standards; To lead by example to encourage a safe work environment.· To assist with the monitoring and recording of all store sales, costs, payroll and profits according to store procedures, as assigned by the Spa Manager.· To ensure all client services are being carried out in a professional, correct and efficient manner. To monitor quality control in all aspects of operation.· To promote and practice excellent client service and ensures all staff are doing the same.· To communicate regularly and efficiently with the Spa Manager on all operational issues.· To assist with orientation, training, performance evaluation and disciplinary action for the spa staff.· To monitor all spa inventory and place orders as required.· To implement and promote strategies for store loss prevention.· Other operational and managerial duties as assigned by the Spa Manager.General duties:· To respond to any changes in the Spa department function as dictated by the company and hotel.· To report for duty punctually, follow the hotel dress codes and wear name badge at all times.· To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.· To maintain good working relationships with colleagues, and all other departments.· To have a complete understanding of the hotel's employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.· To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.· To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all timesSkills & Abilities:· Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills· Critical thinking skills· Leadership· Judgment and Decision Making· Time Management· Stress Tolerance· Adaptability/FlexibilityQualifications:· Bachelor ´s degree in business management, hospitality management or business administration· Coursework or background in massage therapy, cosmetology or Health & Wellness·Experience:· Previous experience within 5 star luxury properties· Fluency in english· Good command of a second language (German preferly)#J-18808-Ljbffr
