Propósito del trabajo Este puesto en el Centro de Servicios Compartidos es responsable de realizar la función de Cuentas por Cobrar, que presta servicios a una serie de agencias de publicidad. El Analista de Cuentas por Cobrar reportará al Supervisor de Cuentas por Cobrar.Responsabilidades clave Responsabilidades de Contabilidad del Cliente:
- Resuelva las consultas relacionadas con las facturas de los clientes con el apoyo de las finanzas locales. Responsabilidades de facturación de medios y de facturación de producción:
- Revisar la documentación de los proveedores de medios.
- Crear facturas de clientes y de IC, imprimir y recopilar documentos de respaldo.
- Revisar y confirmar las facturas con LO si es necesario (discrepancias).
- Comunicarse y/o instruir al Back Office Local sobre la impresión de facturas de impuestos.
- Registrar facturas de cliente.
- Conciliar la facturación anticipada o anticipada.
- Revisar y contabilizar transferencias de costos y cancelaciones de trabajo en curso.
- Preparar y distribuir el informe WIP.
- Preparar solicitudes de informes de clientes específicas.
- Escanear o enviar por correo los documentos originales cuando sea necesario.
- Archivar y archivar documentos originales.
- Archivar copia de la solicitud de transferencia y cancelación.
- Ajustes de proceso (es decir, nota de crédito/débito). Conocimiento y Experiencia Esencial:
- 1+ año de experiencia en sistemas y procedimientos de cuentas por cobrar.
- Conocimiento práctico del IVA y otros requisitos legales en relación con las cuentas por cobrar.
- Fuerte comunicación y orientación al servicio al cliente.
- Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y organización.
- Conciencia comercial.
- Usuario competente de Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Una ventaja distintiva:
- Experiencia en un Centro de Servicios Compartidos de Finanzas.
- Experiencia en software de procesamiento de imágenes de documentos.
- Idioma inglés.
- Experiencia y competencia en el uso de software ERP integrado (SAP sería una clara ventaja).
