Overview: You will beresponsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components used in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes. This role involves working on equipment that ensures the efficient, safe, and compliant production of pharmaceutical products. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to innovate and optimize mechanical designs.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems and components for pharmaceutical equipment.Use SolidWorks to create detailed engineering drawings and 3D models.Perform simulations and analyses to ensure designs meet performance and safety requirements.Manage design projects from concept through to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with project objectives.Conduct design reviews and present design concepts to project teams and management.Develop prototypes to validate design concepts and performance.Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to integrate mechanical designs into production processes.Identify opportunities for improving existing mechanical designs and manufacturing processes.Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, cGMP).Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry.Proficiency in SolidWorks.Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.High level of english.In addition, at K-LAGAN we want you to enjoy the whole experience being part of our team, that's why we offer:
