Your Mission As key member of the Corporate Ethics & Compliance Team, the main purpose of your role will be to contribute to developing the ethics & compliance programme at Ferrer, collaborate with the business units and other enabling functions to mitigate compliance risks and to develop training and communication actions to continue fostering ethics and compliance culture across the organisation. Responsibilities Implement policies, procedures and other controls to mitigate compliance risks. Support and advise business areas on corporate compliance risk management, policies and procedures. Coordinates, manages and monitors, through the corresponding systems & tools, Ferrer's Business Partner Due Diligence and compliance risk management processes. Implements training and awareness programs and actions on Ethics &Compliance aspects or regulations. Coordinates internal communications to promote a culture of ethics and compliance. Contributes to the preparation of reporting reports and internal and external audits. Reviews contractual clauses regarding Ethics &Compliance included in contracts with third parties. Implements measures for continuous improvement of the Ethics and Compliance model. Why Ferrer? You will rock at this role if you match with: Background: Legal or Compliance related degree. Compliance Certification will be valued.
